We offer flexible and accessible support through various communication options including phone calls, in-person meetings, video conferencing and text messaging.
We are committed to honest communication and will never make promises we cannot keep.
Registered as an NDIS provider in 2024 Sterling Support Coordination is equipped to support participants who are self, plan or Agency-managed.
Our dedicated team collaborates closely with you to understand your goals, aspirations and preferences, ensuring we provide the support you need to achieve meaningful outcomes.
With over 20 years of experience supporting individuals with disabilities and an extensive knowledge of the NDIS, our Coordinators have a great deal of experience interpreting and navigating Plans.
We take a creative approach to tailoring supports that meet your unique needs and bring a diverse blend of expertise, including both academic and personal experience, to ensure comprehensive and compassionate support.
